We often stay in a family room here, which is spacious and exceptional, and the overall vibe of this place is very welcoming and family-oriented.

I liked the hotel, it's comfy and the location is PARTICULARLY GOOD to everything with large shopping centre across the road. Everything was good as expected, however the bathroom was very tiny. I came here for 4 nights and had an excellent stay.

The staff here is really friendly and nice, our room was spacious with a lovely view, and we had a comfy bed and clean bathroom.

The quadruple room here was pretty spacious and awesome with a nice balcony 🌞. Inside, you'll find an electronic key card, cable channels for entertainment, and a study table, which was a nice touch!

Stayed at this place for 4 days, loved the hotel, it was really clean and had an amazing beachfront location, the breakfast was affordable and delicious, perfect way to kick start our day, overall had a wonderful stay here.

Location is spot on! If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in the city center, this is it! There's a tramway line nearby, which is great for transport to various hubs. Plus, there's a shopping center nearby. The value for money is very high too! You can get private rooms at a hostel rate.

The interior of the bathroom needs a bit of work. It could be cleaner, but it's passable.

We had a great stay at Bilgehan in the heart of the city. the location was excellent, with a large shopping centre across the road and easy access to the bus stop and tram right outside the hotel. the beautiful port and other tourist attractions were within walking distance. the staff, especially Hassan, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Hassan went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, providing us with tips on where to go, places to visit, and even his personal contact information in case we needed further assistance.

The hotel offered fair quality for a low price, making it a great value option. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
